Frank has dedicated the better part of his life to Emergency Medicine. His career includes emergency room staff nurse and manager, Executive Director of EMS for Delaware County, PA, and Director of EMS for the Fire Department of New York. He has been instrumental in countless statewide PA EMS initiatives and innovations. The curriculum used by Emcare and developed by Frank, was the first approved by The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania after AHA and Red Cross, and remained so for many years. Emcare Consulting Group focuses not only on teaching the skills required to perform high quality CPR, but building the confidence needed to put those skills to use.
